Jen Redding is an Equity Analyst covering Consumer sector stocks with experience covering Consumer and Tech stocks spanning 10+ years, including coverage of companies in Softlines, Broadlines, E-Commerce, Leisure and Restaurants. Jen spent the most recent two-year period as Director of Consumer and Tech Data Research at an off-Street start-up, where she spearheaded correlating and packaging raw data into actionable product for institutional investors. At BMO Capital Markets, LLC Jen envisioned and led the BMO big data initiative. In addition, she worked on Bank of Montreal, Wachovia, and A.G. Edward & Son’s Consumer Equity Research teams.

Jen holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, with an emphasis in Finance and Psychology from Saint Louis University.

Laura brings more than a decade of experience in the biotechnology and drug discovery industry, as well as nine years in Equity Research. During her career, Laura has served as Vice President Equity Research at Raymond James, and as a biotech analyst in the Robert W. Baird Equity Research Healthcare group. Before entering equity research, Laura held scientific roles in both industry and academic settings with focus in central nervous system (“CNS”) diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease.

Laura received her B.S. in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, her M.S. in Computational Biology & Bioinformatics, and her Ph.D. in Molecular Pharmacology, from Northwestern University. She continues to serve as an adjunct assistant professor at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.

Jas Hundal serves as the Operations Manager for the Wedbush Office in Roseville, CA, which she helped open in 2007. Jas began her career at Wells Fargo and received an opportunity to advance her career with Morgan Stanley prior to joining Wedbush.

With over 21 years of experience in the securities business, Jas has created a culture within her office that centers on listening and establishing long-term relationships with her advisors and their clients. She understands and recognizes each advisor’s individual strengths, which allows her to provide support in maintaining the practices they have built. Her style of management is widely appreciated in the office.

Jas was born in India and came to the Sacramento Valley with her parents at the age of 10. She is fluent in Punjabi and English. She received her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento and spent the first 9 years of her career with Morgan Stanley in Michigan and Alabama. In 2007, Jas moved back to Sacramento to be closer to her family and joined Wedbush.

Jas and her husband, Jasmeet, married in 1998 and have two teenage children, Iman and Surena. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her daughter’s competitive volleyball team and cheering on her son who is also a competitive athlete. Family is very important to Jas, and she appreciates the family-orientated nature of Wedbush.

Gina is a Managing Director, Investments in the Santa Rosa office of Wedbush Securities with 29 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Wedbush in 2005, she held various roles over the course of her 29 year career in the financial services industry.

Gina has grown over the course of her career from a sales assistant, with limited industry experience, to the branch manager of the Santa Rosa office, and is now a Financial Advisor with a client service based practice focusing on the individual and their personal needs and goals. As a Financial Advisor, Managing Director, Investments, Gina is dedicated to understanding her client’s values and goals through an in-depth process of discovery and on-going communication. Gina is committed to providing a relationship of care and compassion for all of her clients.

Born in Chicago, IL, and raised in Memphis, TN, before moving to the Bay Area 1983. She has resided in Sonoma County for 29 years. She lives in Santa Rosa with her husband, Klinie Kent. Their blended family of 5 kids are scattered across three states. There are two Baylor University graduates, currently residing in Texas, one University of Oregon graduate who resides in Arizona, a son attending Northern Arizona University, and a high school student deciding where her path will take her next year.

Gina studied Liberal Arts at St. Mary College of Moraga and California State University, Chico.

Elena Rysin is the Manager of the Seattle Office of Wedbush Securities. She joined Wedbush in 2004 and has over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. She formerly worked at Smith & Barney (now Morgan Stanley), Piper Jaffray, and Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo).

Over the last 15 years, Elena has built and led the Seattle office and is proud of the team she manages as well as the culture of her office. Elena obtained her degree from the Leningrad University of Finance and Economics. She and her husband reside in Kirkland, WA with their 160lb Black Russian Terrier. She has one child and a granddaughter who enjoys visiting the Seattle office and is a 9-year old “financial advisor in the making.”

In her free time, Elena enjoys going to the opera, gardening, taking long walks, and spending time with her granddaughter.

Timothy Dawson is a Financial Advisor for Wedbush Securities in Estes Park. Having had an interest in economics from a young age, he entered the industry in 1993 and formerly worked at Kirkpatrick Pettis before moving to Wedbush in 2000.
