Peter brings more than 18 years of sell-side experience, as well as experience in private banking, and credit underwriting to his role as Wedbush Securities’ Managing Director of Regional Banks. During his career he has worked at BMO Capital Markets, CIBC World Markets, and Sterne Agee CRT. His career began at Citibank in the Private Banking Division, where he managed an active credit portfolio of $60 Million.

Peter received both his B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University. He has also completed a two-year commercial credit training program at Citibank.

Nick is an Equity Research Analyst covering restaurant stocks. He has been with Wedbush for more than a decade, researching restaurants and financial technology, with the past six as an analyst in the Restaurant and Casual Dining space. Having established a great track record with investors, it’s his priority to engage in consistent conversations about the investor community with topical and differentiated analysis. Nick is great at connecting the dots to a restaurant’s marketplace value in the face of good and bad times.

Nick received his B.A. in Economics and Government from Cornell University. He also studied Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Oxford University.

Moshe Katri has been covering IT Services and Payments for more than 20 years. He currently serves at Managing Director of Equity research at Wedbush Securities, where he has been for more than a year, covering companies such as International Business Machines (IBM), Square (SQ), and PayPal (PYPL) to name a few. Prior to joining Wedbush, Moshe was a Managing Director with Sterne Agee CRT, where he expanded coverage of the fast-growing payments sector and continued his coverage of IT Services. Moshe spent the previous 16 years at Cowen & Company, as a senior analyst covering IT and Business Services. He started his career on Wall Street in 1991, joining Oppenheimer & Co.’s equity research team focusing on Aerospace and Defense before moving to UBS, where he transitioned to covering IT and Business Services. Prior to his career on Wall Street, he served as a military intelligence officer in the Israeli Defense Forces.

Moshe received his B.S. in Finance and Information Systems, and M.B.A. in International Business, from New York University.

Michael Pachter is an equity research analyst at Wedbush Securities, providing coverage of the Entertainment Software, Entertainment Retail, Social Internet, E-Commerce, and Movies & Entertainment sectors for the last 20 years. He also hosts one of the most significant and highly-ragarded industry events during the annual E3 conference.

Previously, Michael spent two years as the Director of Research at Wedbush Securities. Before joining Wedbush Securities, he served as the Director at Management Resource Center, a middle-market investment bank. Before that, Michael spent 15 years in various financial and management positions at Atlantic Richfield Company, most recently as Director of Strategic Planning. Michael has been recognized as StarMine’s Top Earnings Estimator year after year and Best on the Street by the Wall Street Journal.

Michael holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at the University of California at Los Angeles, a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University, an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, and a bachelor’s in Political Science from California.

Matthew (“Matt”) Bryson is a veteran Equity Research Analyst covering the Enterprise Hardware sector at Wedbush. He has followed the technology space for nearly two decades covering everything from hard drive subcomponent (i.e. Komag and Read-Rite) names to systems (i.e. Dell, EMC, and Super Micro) and software (i.e. Legato and Nutanix). He previously helped develop Avian Securities research platform and led technology research at ABR Investment Strategy, LLC. While at ABR, Matt was responsible for covering the entirety of the enterprise and consumer hardware universe. Because of the broad mandate and the continuously shifting landscape in technology, he regularly has necessarily shifted focus to keep abreast of developing trends, building a very broad understanding of the intersection of various the segments within tech. Matt has consistently engaged with private companies early in the venture process starting with companies like Lefthand and EqualLogic, with more recent contact with names including CNEX Labs, Vast Data, NGD Systems, and Liqid, He started his career in equity research as an analyst with Charles River Associates.

Matt holds a B.A. in economics and history from Williams College.

Liana Moussatos, Ph.D. has more than two decades of research and analytics in the emerging pharmaceuticals sector. Liana joined Wedbush in 2009, from Pacific Growth Equities (PacGrow), where she was a Senior Research Analyst. Her extensive knowledge in this space not only gives her historical perspective, but also deep insight with industry and scientific understanding. Prior to PacGrow, she worked with UBS Global Asset Management where she was Director and Portfolio Manager of the firm’s Global Biotech Funds. Previously, Liana was with Bristol Myers-Squibb where she was manager in University and Government Licensing, External Science and Technology, and she also worked with Sloan-Kettering Cancer Institute in the Office of Industrial Affairs and the National Cancer Institute in the Office of Technology Development.

Liana received a BS in Entomology and MS in Zoology and Biochemistry from Clemson University. She earned a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from the University of California, Davis and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship in Cellular and Molecular Physiology at the Yale School of Medicine.

Jay McCanless is a Senior Vice President of Equity Research, covering the Homebuilders and Building Products sectors. In his more than 14 years in financial services, he covered REITs, building products, and home furnishings for a number of sell-side firms. Jay received a B.S.M. in Finance from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business and his MBA from Belmont University’s Massey School of Business. Jay also has his Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 certifications.

James has covered 10+ industries and 50+ stocks for more than 14 years. His recent focus is on Leisure space that includes Power Sports, Amusement Parks, and Cruise Lines. Prior to joining Wedbush, James was an analyst at Longbow Research and Midwest Research, where he gained most of his experience in this industry. Prior to business school, James was a management consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers. He also has a CFA Charterholder and CPA.

He received his B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, and his MBA from the Darden School of Business.

Henry has been a Wall Street analyst for over 30 years. His primary focus in recent years has been on housing finance and his work touches on all aspects of the “dwelling” equation, including mortgage REITs, specialty property REITs, and mortgage originators.

In the mid-1990’s, after eight years covering SE banks, he added BDCs to his research focus and his coverage in this sector includes management teams from them. Because of his success, The Wall Street Journal cited him in their Best on the Street Survey. Henry received his MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
