AND CHANGE COMMITTEE
The Colleagues, Culture, Community, and Change Committee is the corner stone of our Corporate Citizenship efforts. This committee features both executives and colleagues from across the firm who are focused on a creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace with opportunities for all.
The Colleagues, Culture, Community, and Change (“4C”) Committee champions positive change to Wedbush’s culture that will:
- Create a workplace rich with diversity and inclusion
- Provide equitable opportunity and real belonging for ALL colleagues
- Increase support to the communities we serve and live in
As a result the Committee foresees superior service to all of our clients, accelerated innovation in all of our business lines, and meaningful value for all of our stakeholders.
DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
Our cultural integration is represented by our colleagues who speak over 30 languages across our 100 satellite locations throughout the nation. Collectively, we are a reflection of the various facets of our organization that strives to cultivate an environment where differences are embraced, inclusiveness is the norm, and diversity is celebrated.
WEDBUSH INCLUSION NETWORKS
Wedbush Inclusion Networks (WINs) are colleague groups that celebrate the diversity of our workforce, promote inclusion across the firm, and offer personal and professional development opportunities for members and allies. WINs include the Wedbush Organization of Women (WOW), Wedbush United (WU), Wedbush Pride, and Young Professionals (YP).
WEDBUSHCARES
WedbushCares, a corporate giving program, is dedicated to supporting, educating, and sustaining our communities, colleagues, and clients through charitable activities at all levels of the firm.
FINANCIAL LITERACY
As part of our commitment to service, we are proud to support efforts to improve financial literacy for youth. We offer resources for parents and teachers to create an informed conversation.

Creating the 4C Committee, and being an active member that drives meaningful impact, is one of the most important ways I can serve our Firm and our clients. Why? Because our colleagues are by far the most important and valuable asset of our company
