Jessica “Jes” McQueen, Partner at PHM Capital Management, Vice President, Investments & Comprehensive Wealth Advisor at Wedbush, Securities, Denver office. Jes was virtually born into the financial services industry and inspired by her mother, who has worked in operations at Merrill Lynch since Jes was born. As she watched her mother advance in her career, she became fascinated with the markets. Jes knew from a young age that she had a passion for helping people, and upon graduating high school, she began her career at Merrill Lynch. Starting as a receptionist, Jes was quickly promoted to wire room operator, where she got experience working directly with the traders on the NYSE floor. Jes joined Wedbush in 2011 as a Client Service Associate. Again, Jes was quickly promoted several times. Her roles at Wedbush include CSA, Operations Manager, Registered CSA, eventually pursuing her career as a Financial Advisor in 2015 after agreeing to partner with a few brokers she worked for. Jes obtained her Series 7 and 66 licenses, and in February of 2016, PHM Capital was formed.
Jes’ greatest strength has always been her compassion and empathy for others. She prides herself on her customer service skills and ability to resolve potentially tricky situations and uses a combination of forward-thinking solutions and strong communication skills when interacting with clients. The PHM Capital Management team has repeatedly demonstrated its success in providing comprehensive financial and retirement planning through its unique ability to offer personalized solutions for each client. These solutions include an extensive discovery process to ensure that every aspect of the client’s life is included in their customized financial plan. The PHM Capital Management team is unique, made up of one Baby Boomer, one Gen-Xer, and one Millennial, which provides them with the ability to understand the distinctive needs of each generation.
Jes is a Colorado native, raised in the beautiful mountain town of Conifer. In 2003 she moved to the suburbs of Castle Rock. She and her husband are blessed with three beautiful children and enjoy all that Colorado life has to offer. During the summer, you can find the family on the water wake surfing, jet-skiing, wakeboarding, and boating. At the same time, in the winter, they enjoy snowboarding and skiing. Jes and her husband also regularly play golf and softball and are members of a local bowling and pool league. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and volunteering in her community.

John Arnold serves as an Independent Financial Advisor associated with Wedbush Securities. Over the course of his nearly 25-year career, he has worked with many high-net-worth individuals, families, foundations, and institutions. John’s objective is to provide a comprehensive review and analysis of his clients’ assets in order to diversify, minimize taxes and expenses, and explore asset protection and estate planning needs. This allows him to better assist them in determining their appetite for risk and their need for income, retirement planning, asset preservation for future generations and philanthropic endeavors. He finds these factors paramount in making prudent investment decisions to meet their overall objectives. John also has a deep understanding of environmentally and socially responsible investing and helps navigate the complexities of the global financial markets. He firmly believes in understanding and educating his clients and their families throughout the planning and investing process.
John grew up as a third generation Southern Californian in Long Beach. After attending UC Santa Barbara he moved to San Francisco in 1996 and began his career at Montgomery Securities Private Client. In 2002, he returned to Southern California working with Salomon Smith Barney as a senior member of a team ranked among Barron’s Top 100 Financial Advisors before joining Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group in 2008. In 2013, he moved to Raymond James and began developing partnerships with Raymond James’ teams in different markets and local accounting firms. In 2016, he joined Wedbush Securities and developed the Professional Alliance Network to build a cohesive network of accountants, attorneys, and other professionals to put their respective clients at the center of a team who supports their overall objectives.
John and his wife Kristen live in San Clemente with their three children and bulldog. He enjoys skiing, fishing, coaching little league, and spending time with his family and friends.

Sean Howard serves as Senior Vice President, Investments in the Wedbush Securities Dallas office. Sean originally gained interest in a career in finance during college, where he was mentored by his boss’s husband who was a Financial Advisor. Over the course of his almost 30 year career, he has worked for firms such as Raymond James and Colonial Bank where he held positions as Vice President of Investments.
Upon graduation from the University of South Florida, Sean moved to Texas to pursue a career in Finance, and while he knew very few people in the area, he worked hard to build a strong book of business. His clients typically appreciate a hands-on, high communication, relationship based approach to investment banking, and he prides himself on his ability to make complex financial details make sense to clients of all levels of financial savviness. Through his passion for constantly watching and studying the markets, he is able to narrow down the overwhelming number of investment options, providing him with the ability to build a customized portfolio to meet each individual clients’ short and long term goals.
Sean was raised in a military family, and lived in 6 different states and many foreign countries, including Ethiopia, before settling down in Dallas, where he currently resides with his wife, and their son and daughter. He obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida, and in his spare time, enjoys coaching soccer.
