Michael (“Mike”) McDonough’s career and expertise in the financial services industry spans more than three decades. After becoming a registered financial advisor in the early days of his profession, Mike joined Dean Witter Reynolds as an investment executive, moving on to work for Wedbush, Sutro & Co., then RBC Dain Rauscher before returning to Wedbush in 2007. Mike is well-versed in all areas of wealth management and specializes in fixed income, financial planning, 401(k) plans, and portfolio management. His philosophy is simple, always do right by the client and step in as a counselor, friend and advisor for maximum financial success and preparation.

In his free time, Mike appreciates hiking, golfing, skiing, and fly fishing. You also might find him working in his garden, traveling or camping with his family. He is a father of two adult children, Brooke and Matthew, and husband to his wife, Shelley. Mike is a retired volunteer firefighter after eight years of service, a regular blood donor, and continues to be an active member in his community.
