For many investors, the financial turmoil of the last decade has eliminated years of savings, dashed hopes for retirement, destroyed confidence in the markets, and increased fears of government change and intervention. While the market has returned to pre-crisis levels, questions still remain about the sustainability of the recent rally.

My goal is to help investors regain control of their financial portfolios by providing an inexpensive, easy to understand, rules-based approach to money management supported by years of academic research.

Over the past eight years I have collected and tested market data in order to develop investment strategies that attempt to achieve positive returns while reducing market risk through valuation-based technical analysis. These strategies can be tailored to your individual goals, time horizon, and risk parameters.

In my educational forums I attempt to dispel investment myths and provide analytical information that is not widely provided to individual investors. I seek to demonstrate:

  • How to increase your chances of beating the indexes.
  • Why forward P/E ratios can be misleading and often detrimental to your portfolio.
  • Why asset allocation is not sufficient in providing risk management.
  • How dividend growth can help provide lifetime income and inflation protection.
  • The market has historically provided exit signals that avoided many of the major meltdowns.
  • Why rising dividends support capital growth.
  • Ways to attempt to determine which sectors are poised to outperform the market.

I am confident that I can provide you with useful education about investing tools that can help you take control of your investments and enable you to make better decisions with your money.
