Joseph Wallace

SVP, Environmental Efficiency Investment Banking

Mr. Wallace is a senior vice president and leads the Environmental Efficiency investment banking efforts at Wedbush. He focuses on providing corporate finance and advisory services, including capital raising, M&A services and capital markets advisory services, to public and private clients. Mr. Wallace has over 16 years of Environmental Efficiency investment banking experience with over 45 completed transactions worth over $8 billion.

Prior to joining Wedbush, Mr. Wallace served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at EnerDel, a leading lithium-ion battery manufacturer for transportation, industrial and utility applications. In addition, he was a Director in the Cleantech corporate finance group at Piper Sandler and also worked in the Cleantech corporate finance teams at Jefferies and Cowen and Company.

Mr. Wallace holds a B.A. from DePauw University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
